Vintage Frosted Matte Victorian Art Deco Style Stemmed Handle Glass Pitcher Vase RARE

This vintage and rare glass pitcher or vase features a frosted, smooth matte finish, showcasing a blend of Victorian and Art Deco styles. It has a stem and a handle, which appear to have been added during the hot manufacturing process. The bowl body of the piece is definitely molded and finished to be put together by hand. While it is certainly vintage, it may also be considered antique. No similar items have been found on the market. There is a name or signature at the bottom, but it isn't easy to read.

CONDITION: It is pre-owned but in good condition. The piece has a tiny chip in one of the leaves, located near the bottom part of the handle, which is almost unnoticeable. No cracks; one trapped air bubble is situated in the opening, close to the handle. See the attached photos.
